Hi! My name is Rebekah Haynes. I am a Junior Education Studies Major from Gwinnett County, Ga; and I attend the illustrious Spelman College. I am interested in Education Policy and Advocacy in Urban Schools. In the future, I plan to obtain my Master's and Doctorate in educational administration and become the Principal of an elementary school and one day, the Superintendent of a school county. My hobbies are anything regarding fashion, trying new food spots, and listening to music. One thing I am most excited about during this internship is being able to give back and genuinely engage with my surrounding community and make long-lasting relationships. Some fun facts about me are that I am obsessed with anything Disney and I have played the cello for 7+ years.
