Resiliency Coordinator
Tequilla Johnson spent over 21 years in the Air Force to include the roles of flight leader, military drill instructor, and training facilitator. Her distinctive accomplishments include deployments to three combat zones and duty as a transitional leader transforming over 5,000 civilians into their military careers. She has been deeply involved in developing curriculum and training resiliency to mass audiences. Through these experiences along with being a devoted wife and mother of 3, she is able to implement resilience/recovery strategies, leadership, interpersonal skills, and build collaborative teams. She is devoted to her passion of community service while creating workshops geared towards developing mental coping skills with children and adults to endure life’s challenges.
