Pre-Employment Transition Services

Focused Minds Education Group offers Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) using an asset-based approach. Our focus is to empower individuals with disabilities to leverage their strengths for post-secondary success.Focused Minds Education Group supports youth with the skills necessary for successful transition into and completion of postsecondary education or training, or employment. 

We do this through offering services in 5 service categories:

• Job Exploration Counseling
• Work-based Learning
• Counseling on Post-Secondary Opportunities
• Workplace Readiness Training
• Instruction in Self-Advocacy

The skills obtained in Pre-ETS are vital to the success and employability of youth with disabilities.
